Week One
The Glucose Experiment
The first week is all about self-experimentation and looking at what your body is doing internally in response to your daily eating habits and patterns. Even as a non-diabetic, this is exactly what I did to learn what was going on in my body first as a baseline before implementing any dietary adjustments. By knowing where you are starting, you know what you can work towards.

Week Three
Understanding Fat Burning and Metabolism
After 2 weeks of self-monitoring and data gathering, we transition into the chrysalis phase, where the changes start happening. Here, you'll learn and understand how your metabolism works, what foods are meant to be eaten, and which ones aren't. You'll have a solid understanding of the two primary drivers of weight gain and why diets haven't worked for you in the past.

Week Five
Modifications For Your Hormone Type
After taking the hormone quiz at the beginning of the program, you will already know which hormonal tendencies your body has. In week 5, we will make dietary and lifestyle modifications specific to your body type and primary hormonal imbalance. We also will learn how meal timing and strategic fasting works with the female body.

A Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, holding a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati, Brooke is also a graduate of the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil, a leading pioneer in holistic and integrative medicine, Brooke has been trained in evidence-based integrative therapies for healing and prevention of disease. With a combined 16+ years of practice background in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, Brooke is well versed in caring for women of all ages and with diverse health concerns. Her passion is to help empower women to achieve optimal wellness on their own terms.
During her time working in the traditional model of healthcare, Brooke realized that there were important elements that were missing, such as nutritional guidance, help with stress management, support of the body’s detoxification pathways, and lifestyle modifications, which are crucial to healing.
